The luggage cart was invaluable for transporting our bags, and the king-sized bed ensured a restful night's sleep after our travels.

The lack of functioning ice machines is baffling!!! A simple ice request resulted in an awkward wait for a glass at the bar. Also, unexpected parking fees make staying here less appealing!!!

The King Room with Sofa Bed features convenient luggage cart access and a decent layout. Enjoyed the proximity to various gas stations and restaurants, making fueling up or grabbing a bite easy.
Ice machines out of order during my stay added some frustration, as I had to hunt down ice at the bar, which was also a time sink. The mini fridge struggled to keep items chilled properly, and the A/C unit had temperature control quirks—too cold one minute, and lukewarm the next. The bathroom exhaust fan barely kept up with steam, letting some funky smells linger. Plus, it was a hassle to deal with unexpected parking fees upon check-in. that got old fast.

Had a great time during my 4-night stay! I loved taking advantage of the indoor pool and the cozy leisure room to unwind after a busy day. The only slight hiccup was the ice machines being out of order, but that didn't really put a damper on my visit. 😊

More comfortable seating in common areas would be nice.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Spent 4 nights in a spacious room. The refreshing pineapple watermelon water in the lobby was a delightful touch. Although minor updates are needed, the cleanliness and comfort made it a pleasant stay. Tip, consider bringing your own water, as they charge for bottles in the room.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was clean and comfy. The bed was super good, great for a solid night's sleep! Little tight on space with our bags but we made it work. Amenities like a microwave and fridge were handy. The sofa bed was a nice bonus too, but wish the restaurant had longer hours. Overall, a solid stay!

The location in Manchester is great, very convenient for everything. The room was overall clean and the bed comfortable, which I appreciated. I had a bit of trouble with the water quality in the shower, as my skin reacted negatively, but it seemed to only affect me. I liked the quiet atmosphere when I was resting. The staff at the front desk were friendly but had some issues with communication. we had some trouble getting our point across when requesting room service. The promotional discount for staying five nights was a plus, even with the odd $5 parking charge. I did find the lack of breakfast options included in the price disappointing. Also, my room service came only every other day, which felt insufficient. Lastly, the ice machines were out of service, and I had to wait for ice from the bar, which was inconvenient.

Clean and comfortable king room with a sofa bed made for a pleasant stay. The indoor pool was enjoyable and the location near the airport was convenient. However, the limited hours of the restaurant were disappointing, and a surprise parking charge of $7.00 was not communicated during check-in, which fell short of expectations.
